Daddy turned 31 on Monday, and to mark this momentous occasion, the girls took part in a three-day celebration. On Sunday, we went out to eat at Gale's Restaurant (there aren't any fine dining establishments open on Monday in Pasadena, it seems!). Then, on Monday, we made an authentic Mexican tostada dish from Daddy's new cookbook and baked a rhubarb pie with the perfect crust. Finally, on Tuesday, we joined his colleagues at Senor Fish for a belated birthday lunch. Happy birthday, Daddy!

Looks like it was a good birthday! Also, in those photos, is it just me or does Claire look a little doll like...Like Matt has Kaitlyn on one side and a baby doll on his other side...hehe!
