Sightseeing at the National Air & Space Museum
We were really sad to say goodbye to Uncle Tommy and Auntie Adrienne on Monday, but a trip to the National Air & Space Museum on the way to drop them off at Dulles Airport made it a little better. It's a seriously cool museum, filled with airplanes from every era and the space shuttle Discovery, the longest-serving orbiter in the U.S. fleet.

Springtime in D.C.
So, the cherry blossoms did not cooperate and bloom in time for the Hartings family visit. But, we still had a great time soaking up the spring sunshine while exploring the National Zoo on Friday and the monuments along the National Mall on Saturday. Such a photogenic bunch...especially our goddaughter Molly!
